Quinoa Pesto
1 C quinoa (cook w/ 2 c water)
BLEND-
6 oz Fresh basil (the more, the better)
¼ cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
¼ c hemp seeds
2 tsp lemon juice

¼ c grated parmesean cheese
Mix with cooked quinoa and enjoy
